1. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in or attending any bootcamp, cohort, or workshop offered by Scalimo Academy of AI (operated by Scalimo), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not register or participate in our programs.
2. Program Admission & Attendance
Scalimo Academy provides in-person weekend bootcamps in Pune. Learners are expected to:
- Bring a personal laptop capable of running standard code editors (e.g., VS Code or Cursor) and modern web browsers.
- Attend scheduled weekend sessions on time at the designated Pune venue.
- Complete mandatory pre-work setup instructions (Git, Node.js, API accounts) provided prior to Class 01.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All curriculum documents, lecture assets, starter code repositories, slide decks, and video content provided by Scalimo Academy remain the exclusive intellectual property of Scalimo. Learners are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these assets for personal learning purposes.
Learners retain full ownership of any software applications, mobile apps, or original source code created by them during the bootcamp.
4. Code of Conduct
Scalimo Academy is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment. Harassment, disruptive behavior, academic dishonesty, or unauthorized recording of cohort sessions is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate dismissal from the cohort without a refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
Scalimo Academy provides educational instruction "as-is". While our curriculum teaches practical, industry-standard AI application engineering, Scalimo Academy makes no guarantees regarding specific job placement, salary increases, or commercial success of student projects.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
