Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cohort Capacity & Seat Reservations
Scalimo Academy limits each Pune weekend cohort to 20 seats to ensure every learner receives live code debugging and direct instructor support in the room. Once a seat is reserved, it is held exclusively for you.
2. Cancellation & Refund Request Windows
- 7 Days or More Before Class 01: Full refund minus a ₹500 administrative payment gateway processing fee.
- 3 to 6 Days Before Class 01: 50% refund of the total paid course fee.
- Less than 72 Hours Before Class 01 / After Class 01 Starts: No refunds are issued, as seat allocation cannot be transferred at short notice.
3. Cohort Transfer Option
If you are unable to attend your registered cohort due to medical or unavoidable emergency, you may request to transfer your enrollment to the next available Pune weekend cohort at no extra charge, provided notice is given at least 48 hours prior to Class 01.
4. Refund Processing Method & Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Netbanking) via Razorpay or Stripe within 5 to 7 business days.
