- Payment Records: Transaction IDs and payment confirmation status processed via Razorpay or Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers).

We use collected data exclusively for:
- Communicating class schedules, venue directions, and pre-work checklists.
- Providing instructor mentorship and responding to technical queries.
- Issuing Certificates of Completion and cohort updates.
- Complying with statutory tax and financial reporting under Indian law.
3. Data Protection (DPDP Act 2023 Compliance)
In compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and Information Technology Act 2000, we do not sell, rent, or trade applicant data to third-party marketers. Your information is accessed only by authorized Scalimo Academy instructors and admissions staff.
4. Your Data Rights
Learners may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data from our systems by emailing ai@scalimoacademy.com. Upon receiving a verified request, we will process deletion within 30 days unless retention is required for legal tax compliance.
